We value businesses and going concerns, corporate rights, securities, intellectual property (trademarks, patents, know-how), machinery and equipment, commercial real estate and land in Ukraine, aircraft and vessels — including operating enterprises such as grain elevators, fuel station networks, oil depots and industrial plants.
A dedicated practice covers war damage and lost profits assessment under the officially approved Ukrainian methodology — for compensation claims, insurance and court proceedings, including international jurisdictions. Valuations are performed to International Valuation Standards (IVS) with RICS/TEGoVA-trained professionals, certified by the State Property Fund of Ukraine: 20+ years of practice, 5,000+ valuations of all asset types for all purposes.
